Every Zotter 'chocolateer' is working hard to ensure that all the wonderful organic & fairtrade ingredients that go into their chocolate are prepared with the love and attention they deserve. Josef Zotter is busy planning his next trip to the cocoa plantations in South America. This is where the story of each bar of chocolate starts, with the farmers. The cocoa is then roasted, milled & conched at the Zotter Chocolate Factory to become part of the legendary Zotter chocolate range.  By producing their chocolate from "bean to bar" Zotter can ensure that only the finest ingredients are used.
