Balleros are created following the same principle as the bars but in bite-size pieces. Dried fruit, roasted pieces of nut and a variety of grains are rolled in fabulous ORGANIC and FAIRTRADE chocolate and then dusted with fruit powders or flavouredsugars.There are seven different varieties to choose from in the Balleros range, each one a powerhouse of flavour.

 

Pieces of ginger, rolled in a 60% dark chocolate and dusted with turmeric.

 

Nougat & brittle made from pumpkin seeds, rolled in a 70% dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa.

 

Sour cherries rolled in a cherry chocolate and dusted with powdered cherry.
